Project Description:

Hangzhou Oceanwide International Square is located in the center of New Hangzhou.  It consists of a 512-room five-star hotel (64,907 square meter of total built area), three office towers (160,361 square meter of total built area),, and a 19-floor residential building (38,350 square meter of total built area), in addition to approximately 500,000 square meter of public open space and city park.  This project is currently on hold.
